Holiday Fun and Adventure - 2008
December 29th - January 2nd.
This holiday season we will investigate one of the sea creatures that many fear, sharks. These magnificent animals have attained a bad reputation over the years but we are going to bring light to the truth of their being. We will hunt for shark teeth around the island. We will learn which sharks are in our area and different clues about how to identify them. We may even make our own Sea School shark documentary. We will test our olfactory senses and try to become shark advocates and dispel the blood-thirtsy myths about these marine predators.
Come join in the Holiday Fun and Adventure. Sanibel Sea School will offer our annaul Holiday Camp. Of course, what Sanibel Sea School camp could be without a big dose of surfing fun!
